Scope isn't locked in yet, so rather than a fixed quote this guide is modular — pick the shoot lengths and the amount of finished content you think you need, and the pricing shapes itself around your budget. Adjust anything below and the numbers update live.

How it works: every job is priced in two parts — a shoot day, and the finished output (per edited minute for video, per edited image for photography). Travel is added per video only when a shoot happens outside the Geraldton region.

Budget roughly $1,000 per edited minute. Not sure how long? Awareness pieces (brand, trade show) are usually short — 1–2 minutes. Training and information-focused pieces usually run longer — 3 minutes and up.

Travel

How travel works

This is an explainer only — it doesn't add anything to your estimate. To include travel, switch on Travel required inside each video in Part one.

  • $1.10/km on sealed roads, $1.45/km off-road or unsealed.
  • Crew travel time is charged at $110 per hour, per crew member travelling.
  • If an overnight stay is needed, accommodation is quoted individually/separately. Meals $80/day and a $100/night overnight allowance, per crew member.
  • Applies to both video and photography shoots at any RTS site outside the Geraldton region.

Once we know which site you'd like us to shoot at, we'll add an exact travel figure to your formal quote.
